Refund policy

Because Puptown Chefs meals and treats are fresh, perishable food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or you have a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@puptownchefs.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered at our discretion after review. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or credit.

Orders may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit if the issue was caused by an incorrect delivery address, missing apartment/buzzer/doorman information, inability to reach the customer, missed delivery, or failure to refrigerate or freeze meals promptly after delivery.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredients before ordering and selecting meals appropriate for their dog’s needs, preferences, allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. Please consult your veterinarian if you are unsure whether a product is appropriate for your dog.

Puptown Chefs products are intended for dogs only and are not intended for human consumption.
