Shipping policy
Puptown Chefs currently offers local delivery only. We do not offer traditional shipping at this time.
Local delivery is currently available only within eligible Upper East Side ZIP codes. Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on the customer’s delivery address.
Eligible delivery ZIP codes currently include:
10021, 10028, 10065, 10075, 10128
A local delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Orders must meet the minimum order amount shown at checkout to qualify for local delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including full name, phone number, delivery address, apartment number, buzzer code, doorman instructions, and any other information needed to complete delivery.
Because our meals and treats are fresh and perishable, fresh products should be refrigerated or frozen promptly after delivery. Puptown Chefs is not responsible for products that are left unrefrigerated after successful delivery.
If we are unable to complete a delivery because of an incorrect address, missing apartment/buzzer/doorman information, inability to access the building, or inability to reach the customer, the order may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing items, or you have a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@puptownchefs.com.
Puptown Chefs may update delivery areas, delivery fees, delivery minimums, and delivery availability at any time.
